Pumpkin Festival Day 2

Here Millie is saying "Cheese" while I take her picture before the big parade.

This was her favorite part, watching the fire engines! She liked the sirens. The rest of the time all she wanted to do was try to run into the road. She didn't have any interest in the candy like her cousins, but I am sure that will change next year!

Just being silly!

My First Sucker Video

Here is a short video of Millie at the parade today eating her first sucker. Boy did she like it!

Pumpkin Festival Day 1

On Friday afternoon we went to the Pumpkin Festival with Grandma. Millie loved looking at the pumpkins, but sometimes she would forget their name and call them "ball" instead.

Here I am trying to get Millie to pose for a picture on the 2nd Biggest Pumpkin this year (1106 Pounds!) but she had other ideas.
Grandma got the best picture she could!

Pretzel, Pretzel, Pretzel

Millie only wants to eat Pretzels. Every meal, snack and in between she points to the cabinet where we keep the pretzels and says "Pretzel" very clearly. Last night I gave her something I knew she would eat. Spinach! She is sooooo picky and will hardly pick up and eat anything this week but she loves to pick up spinach. So here is a photo of her happily eating it.

We also posted a video today called "Millie Counting Video" you should check out. I had a difficult time with it and I messed up the blog completely and had to redo much of it, but everything is ok now. Our blog just has a little diffferent look now.

Millie Counting Video

Today Millie counted numbers 2 to 10 while I was feeding her lunch. A few hours later she was playing with her birdbath and counting numbers again. I just had to share!

The Big Game

Playing in her room with her shoes.
Making funny faces.

Millie was dressed in her scarlet and gray to support the Buckeyes for their big game against Texas on Saturday night. The game was on after her bedtime so she didn't get to say "Go, Go, Go!" Millie was happy that her Papa's team won the game so that he wouldn't be grumpy all week. Now we have to teach her to say "We're #1!"

Breakfast With Papa

Every morning Shannon comes out to the family room and sits down on the couch to eat his bowl of cereal. Millie then climbs up on the couch and steals as many bites from him as she can. She does this almost every morning. This is her special time with Papa first thing everyday. I think she does it because Papa usually eats Cookie Crisp cereal and she likes to eat something she usually doesn't get.

Let's Go Buckeyes!

Millie was all decked out in her Ohio State Cheerleader outfit for today's season opener for the Buckeyes football game. She didn't do too much cheering, but she looked really cute anyway. She got the "Go" part of the "Go Buckeyes" cheer her Papa was trying to teach her. Maybe next month she will be able to say the whole thing!

A Taste of Cleveland

Today we took Millie to the "Taste of Cleveland."
The food was really good.
The deep fried oreo's were fabulous!
